CONFIDENTIALITY:  We acknowledge that in the course of providing services to our Clients we may have access to and be exposed to property, information and/or data that are private and proprietary.  The Company has a strict confidentiality policy.  As part of our commitment to privacy, no details regarding our Clients or information relating to work carried out will be disclosed or passed to a third party without prior consent, unless we are legally obliged to do so.  

 


HOURS OF OPERATION:  Our hours are flexible; we work with Clients days and evenings, and on weekends and holidays.  



ARRIVAL TIME WINDOW:  The arrival time window refers to the one-hour time frame given to our Clients.  This policy is set to allow for traffic, delays and unforeseen emergencies.



SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT:  Unless otherwise agreed to, Client provides containers, boxes and bags for storage and disposal.  All tools and equipment (except heavy duty) are furnished by the Company.   



CANCELLATION:  In the event that you need to cancel or re-schedule, please notify us the day before your service (no later than 4pm). Last minute cancellations or the inability to gain access to the location at a scheduled service time will result in a charge of 25% of the service fee.



TRAVEL:  Our services include travel for projects within a 30 mile radius.  Beginning on January 1, 2018, the Internal Revenue Service standard mileage rate for the use of a car (also vans, pickups or panel trucks) is 54.5 cents per mile for business miles driven.
