*The Breakfast Club Summer Youth Program
Currently in formation, the Breakfast Club Summer Youth Program aspires to be a 501(c)(3) organization. The vision of the Program is to mentor, guide and offer direction to disadvantaged youth. With the support of public and private funding, the program aims to help those in need by promoting growth and changed behaviors through customized and specialized approaches. The mission is to provide direction in the pursuit of our members' individual ambitions and goals achievement. The Program also aspires to inspire them by example of our work and service.
Sharon Radcliffe
Innovative Educator & Community Leader
Sharon is Director of Youth Programs and Co-Founder of The Breakfast Club Summer Youth Program*. In this role, she oversees the program's cross-functional team of experts from various professions and vocations (education, military, legal, business, entrepreneurial, and more) who work cooperatively towards the Company's charitable and community outreach goals. With their counsel, she develops and coordinates the program's interdependent activities directed at underprivileged youth, to positively impact their personal ambitions and self-esteem by encouraging them to become progressive members of the workforce, society and community at-large.
Sharon is a tenured educator with 30 years of teaching experience in the Boston Public Schools. She holds a Master of Education degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, Massachusetts, where she also received certification in School Administration. She is involved in numerous professional and community activities, most notably serving as BPS Union Representative, Roxbury Boys and Girls Club Assistant Director of Education, YMCA Liaison and Girl Scouts of America Troop Leader.
